Abilene Supplier Shield

We had to develop a custom solution from scratch in 3 months.

In this project, we had to automate the manual interaction of evaluators of Abilene Advisors with clients and suppliers.
Solutions

We've used new technologies in this project to improve the system management and configurability. Finally, it's done and the system is in production now, serving the business of our Client and providing a wide range of features to the end-users.

Manual interaction provides maximal flexibility, it's always a challenge to replace the manual interaction with the solution that uses strict processes and keeps the users happy. We did it and together with Abilene Advisors, we're happy with the results.

Enkonix envisioned building an easy-to use user interface that would allow importing data in multiple formats to suit all possible customers.

We structured indicators and made them clearly-presented. The design of this project was focused on fitting multiple fields and attachment windows.

Our team developed a unique automatic system that allows to gather all needed information in shorter timeframe and have centralized management system

Digital Fox Talent Network

Excessive manual operations in the interaction between the brand and the content creator

Lack of a unified database of creators, signed contracts, briefs sent by brands, etc.

Legacy system and its operational structure had insufficient functionality, which led to a bad user experience

During the first phase of the project Enkonix team created big IT universe for both, brands and creators. We created not just a website, but the basis for the company extension with a well-organized database. Every step from both sides is automated and helps our client to save costs and perform operations faster

NuTheorie
Project challenges

NuTheorie had developed its own structure of managing clients. It was poorly synchronized, suffered from data losses. We had to reorganize already existing processes into an automated system of managing customers’ applications.

In a highly competitive market, we had to decrease the time to register clients in the CBR system.
-
The company was reserving exams for all clients but 20% of applications were unpaid. To avoid financial loss we needed to integrate a prepayment system.
Solutions

We have created a CRM system that allows managing all applications, taking into consideration individual customer preferences. This lets Nutheorie reserve those dates that are available in CBR. Such planning helps to register all the students, thus increasing profit.

We have developed an easy-to-use structure for the customer support department. They are able to track all client applications and receive updates on free time slots in different cities to match with client requirements.

Our team has implemented Mollie payment service provider to the application form. This accelerates registration for the closest date and allows the sales department to contact potential leads.
